The bed provided a level of comfort that ensured a good night's sleep, and the area was kept clean throughout our stay. However, communication with the front desk was frustrating. they failed to provide adequate towels and were not responsive to our requests. Additionally, the noise from the nearby bar kept us awake into the night, detracting from an otherwise pleasant experience.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially because of the hotel's proximity to military park, just a short 500 meters away, and the fact that the new jersey performing arts center is only 0.9 km away, making it perfect for a weekend stroll. i loved being able to walk around the area without needing to drive everywhere. while the hotel itself was clean and had helpful staff, it could improve its breakfast service to better accommodate guests' needs.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me with currency tips, which was memorable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return next year.

If you’re in town for a concert, this place is awesome! It’s connected to Prudential Center via a sky bridge, so you don't have to step outside at all. The staff, especially Peter at the front desk and Hanna in the bistro, were super friendly and accommodating. Just a heads up, parking can be a bit tricky if you don’t book it right. Rooms are nice and clean.
